We should note the commentary about the third rail line to Portage being used to create the transcanada highway is “somewhat” accurate. That did happen… but there is a lot more to the story then our simplified version in this video. Where the Grand Trunk went and the history of its tracks deserve more story telling then we did. We do plan to tell that story at a later time… with a bit more clearness in our accuracy!
